Unless we're counting stuff on ANTI- (mostly just Tom Waits, really) being "associated with Epitaph" I'm going to have to agree. I love all the classic Epitaph bands (most of them anyway, barring Guttermouth and a few others) and they've signed quite a few good ones lately (ETID, Thursday, Converge etc) but Trio takes the cake for me.

i love millencolin but not sure they're better than alkaline

I'm pretty sure the person was talking about The Weakerthans.. Either way, I still believe those bands I mentioned are better than Alkaline Trio too.. All aside from 'From Here To Infirmary'. Which will always be one of my favourite albums.

Co-signed. Even though I like Rancid they are in no way better than Trio either. Bad Religion, NOFX and Millencolin all rule but the only one I'd consider ranking above Trio is Bad Religion. But even then I probably wouldn't.
