When I was 15 or so, my brother's Jr. High youth group was having an event at my Church, and the youth pastor's friend's band was playing a little mini show in the background while all these preteens played board games and ran around. I dropped him off and thought they sounded pretty cool, so I asked my brother to get me a CD if they had one.
Eight years later, this is why I have a signed copy of the "Forever EP" by NumberOneGun.
Fucking sick. Love everything I've heard. Although straightforward there is something about the music that feels somewhat refreshing. He does a great job with his own production.
