i thought when i heard this song they are verry influenced by a day to remember but than a bit softer ^^ still good and can't wait mabye the best pop punk album of the year

not just you. they ripped a melody from ADTR. they also ripped the "da-da's" from SYG. this band is being marketed as a mix of every popular "pop punk" band out right now, so it doesn't surprise me that they actually rip other bands off. I actually used to like this band. it's a shame what they turned into.

well considering they worked with Wade Studio(produced Homesick) and Jeremy from ADTR, i could see how it would be similar.
