I had to laugh at the name of the duo because "1979" and "Death From Above" are both Smashing Pumpkins songs, although "Death From Above" was apparently released after this

haha yeah i noticed that too, strange that "death from above" was released after though, just some crazy coincidence i guess.
actually, i think after reading this it put in a pumpkins mood :D i'll definatly be listening to that today

yeah :/ it sucks so many great bands break up, hopefully they get back together one day. its not like they have to have a whole bunch of members agree on it or anything

I miss the shit out of this band. Sparkle Is A Diamond should create a supergroup with them so those two mini-bands have a solid amount of members and make music again
