It took me a few years to just accept that they've moved onto different pastures. You can't have everything stay the same for your own pleasures. I'm happy for their continued success and long may it continue -

They don't need me/you flying the green day banner any more then I need their music in my earphones. Just let it be.

and at least we still have their older material to enjoy!
