i was thinking the same thing.

so what does this mean in layman's terms? antidepressants would make sense, but was he suffering from seizures/panic disorder as well.

this is still not enough to make a conclusive, this is how/why he died statement, IMO

I believe they said it wasn't on purpose, like he didn't OD on heroin or anything.

Interesting... big words. Was it because of the combination of the drugs, or because he took too much?

if these were all medications he was prescribed to be taking, then they didn't say anything misleading. maybe he'd been having an anxiety attack and took extra pills or didn't realize he'd already taken his medication that day and took an extra dose by mistake. the autopsy does believe it's accidental. it 's not really fair or worth it to read too much into it yet.
