Nice! I like Angles, but it's missing the strong Strokes vibe from their previous albums.

angles was great, and this makes up for their 5 year absence.

Angles was a good record, I'm still slowling getting into it. But I'm glad that they are going back in the studio to make another album. I hope it's out by the end of the year

This. The album has some solid tracks but it is their weakest record to date.

That's what I thought. I reviewed it at a 68 because that's how much I could actually vibe with. I ended up liking it a bit more once they confirmed they were already hitting the studio again this year - which they said weeks prior to the release of Angles. They can do better. I just hope they record this one TOGETHER - especially Julian.

Angles has some great moments, but each song is a hit or miss for me.
It's hard to put the finger on the whole separate/together factor of the album, so I don't know what's coming up next. But I'm excited.
Hope they're not feeling that bad about Angles though.

Wasting no time this time around.
