I missed the game and haven't had a chance to check out the recap - but seeing this makes me very happy. Poor defense is what killed us last year and I'm very excited to hear our offseason moves are working out this time around. Can't wait for the season.

Kafka looked better than Young did, although that's probably just because Young is still learning the offense.

The Jags' backups on both sides of the ball looked horrendous against the Pats. The only exception being Richard Murphy from LSU. He looked pretty good running the ball, but that was the only bright spot.

The Ravens would acquire Lee Evans... I think it's a dumb deal for a 4th, but oh well... They should actually have a pretty nice receiving corps with Boldin and Evans providing a veteran influence on Smith and Doss.
