is the music industry really so fucked that a band goes platinum with their debut LP and they don't have a label to release a follow-up on?

or maybe they had a keyman clause in effect when their A&R/Manager left the label? either way... what the hell?

Howard Benson producing = tailored for modern rock radio (which, no one listens to anymore).

i hope they get so caught up in signing bands they never tour again
by far the worst live band at bamboozle, and worst ive ever seen.
