got tickets to one of the aug brand new shows. I can't believe this is goin to be the first time I ever watch them live, after 10+ years. I am strangely excited.
Strangely? I'm going to see them in Philly in July after seeing them three nights in a row in December, haha.

I could have gotten tickets and I passed. I never really liked anything they did after Devil and God anyways and I think they treat their fans poorly.
I don't think they treat their fans poorly at all, I think most of their fans are entitled and overreact when they don't do the expected.

They're a band that I just never grew with after Deja. Even with Deja, I don't go back to it often at all.
I feel the exact opposite, still a superfan after all these years and Deja is one that always stayed with me.

All of them, but if you have to choose, choose Mornin Delight then Assassin.
So as I'm sure you heard the event was insane. I had no issues with the lines/getting my bottles but they definitely either oversold or people used counterfeit tickets. I lean towards the latter as they were collecting the tickets but not scanning them, so it was easy to do.

The Toppling Goliath line was one of the longest at the event (along with J Wakefield and all of the DB Huna varieties). Luckily I had a Heady Topper in my hand and talked my way into the front of the TG line by sharing it; though when I did Sosus was the only thing left. It was fantastic and totally worth it.

I listen to everything but daisy but I've recently got away from brand new. Used to listen a lot, but I guess I've just grown out of that?

I listen to Devil once in a while. Daisy less often. Don't really fuck with the other two much anymore.

How many homeowners reside in the sports forum? I assuming not a whole bunch but man is a nervewracking process. Our house that we purchased/built is officially done and we are going to walk through it today (close on it next Wednesday) and I'm nervous as all hell to sign my name on documents that are worth so damn much. I'm excited but at the same time, a nervous wreck.

I'm not sure I have any concerns really....just nervous about signing my life away on such a heavy document. I mean, its normal and I'm happy to be doing it but man is it trying.

We're buying in the Auburn area. Found an awesome lot to build on and started that process back in July. I'm excited so don't get me wrong, it's just a heavy process from start to finish. I'm just glad its almost over.

I'm actually leaving work downtown right now to go meet up with the builder for our initial walkthrough with closing being seven days from today.
