only idiots who put down the band because of the crowd think he's mellow. he's possibly the quirkiest/bizarre person in entertainment.

DMB will always be an epic band to me. This is a great song, and the video is so cracked-out and unique that I can't help but like it. While I love "Big Whiskey", I do hate the underlying sadness of the album due to circumstance.

Dave is literally crazy.. ahah.. funny the way it is, not right or wrong somebody’s broken heart becomes your favorite song.. I love that line of the song

If you even remotely like DMB, you definitely should. It's an awesome album.

I don't read the underlying themes as sad. I feel it more celebrates what LeRoi meant, and tries to convey more of a sense of appreciating life and not worrying about stupid things that don't really matter. More of showing what you should be focused on (your life and the ones you love) than everything else (politics, society, what other people thing).
