i tried to watch this performance when it originally aired but i couldnt get passed the first minute. horrible

Pete, Patrick and crew have some competition when it comes to live TV shows. This was excellent. Props go to Brendan and the rest.

Yeah...I didn't watch the video, but I did see them last night. From what I've read the past few months on this site I went into it not expecting much since I'm not a huge fan. I have to say I was impressed because they put on a fun set that everyone got into. Probably my second favorite of the night behind Acceptance. Hellogoodbye played a pretty sweet new song that I'm dying to hear again as well.

What is wrong with people? This band is very good live. The singer sounds just like on CD and no one really messes up bad enough to say they perform badly. If you want to argue they make bad music, then that's that, but don't say they're a bad live band if you know nothing about it.

1. the singer sounds shitty both live and on cd

2. they don't even perform all of their instruments live. yea alot of bands have samples in their live set but this is just ridiculous. get a fucking keyboard player already.

They are very good musically live. But they have no stage presence what so ever. Brendan just stands still and bobs his head and the rest of the band kinda just wiggles around a bit.
