no, he's just doing this on the side. He was probably signed to Doghouse because he's touring with Mansions and they must've liked his stuff. I thought he was signed to the label started by the owners of Looney Tunes cd shop though

I believe thats more of just a way for artists who are unsigned to stay unsigned and be able to distribute their physical albums into stores, like Nightmare of You is doing. I'm guessing that JN just decided to sign to an actual label.
