I take it everyone saying it sucks isn't quite getting the joke? Read their blog. The autotune and breakdown were intended as a joke. So making fun of the breakdown and whatnot kinda makes you look dumb...dumb as hell.

It's actually pretty cool. If you take it as what it is, something they did for fun as a joke, it's pretty awesome. Especially since all their other music is amazing.

I actually like it. Putting a melody on the rapped verses is a good idea.

It gets much much better during the second verse. I like.

The original song was already intended as a joke, so I think most people understood that this was a joke too...anyways its kinda stupid to parody a parody song. Besides, you don't get a freepass for criticism just because you did something for fun. The original song was hilarious...this "cover" just came too late and the song has already been worn out and the cover didn't bring anything new.

Then again, I'm not a Broadway fan anyways, /shrug.

not a bad cover at all, and all their other stuff is really good.
