Butch Walker was insane to work with. He taught me so much. He also kept my vocal really organic and natural sounding.

I love playing small shows when the crowd is losing their mind. But there is nothing like playing on a massive stage like Summer Sonic. Standing on stage in front of 30k people is insane. Especially when they don't even speak the same language.

My reaction to all the feedback is good. Honestly I was thinking about it yesterday and I kind of wish I didn't scream on the record. Screaming is fun to me. I'd love to do a side project where I can scream my head off.

The Alarming Sound... Is probably my favorite song on the record. Its got one of my favorite chorus's and its a complete departure from our norm, and yet I think it still sounds like who we are. Say Goodbye was also a fun lil diddy to write. It was like a flow once I got into the rhythm of my writing session.

I love singing Seven Years. Its one of my favorite songs of all time. Anthony is a beast of a vocalist. His range is insane and he's got one of the coolest tones in the business today. I don't feel like I'm singing his song anymore and its more like mine now. Finally I'm starting to believe that the songs he wrote are my own now. We just started playing Seven Years acoustically and its fun to sing it exactly how he does. I'm not quite there yet with it but ever since the Chain Reaction Show the TTN EP has been in my car and on my headphones. I love that record.

I want people to listen to this record and understand and walk away from it feeling like they can do anything they put their mind too. I wouldn't be where I am today, singing for my Favorite band of High School if I didn't buckle down and pursue my dreams.

I am of course still a fan of Anthony's. The music that Circa Makes is amazing, and Anthony's voice sounds beautiful over the top of it.

I wouldn't say that the alarming sound... was influenced by circa at all. It was influenced by our influences. I would list them in my influences but I didn't write the lyrics and melodies the way I did because Anthony influenced me. I wrote what felt natural. We all did.

Sam Hagar was successful as crap man. But seriously Who Gives a CRAP! Justin says he would hate to think that his best moment of this bands career was when he was 19 years old. He's a better writer and guitar player now than he was at 19 trust me. - You also have to realize I'm still a fan of this band. The music I get is like Christmas to me. I walk around humming it every day for two weeks cause I feel lucky to even get it. Seven Years is an amazing song that I wish I could have just been there to see it recorded. But singing it every night brings me back to high school and I love it for doing so.

Not Dan... I think you are right. With Alex we wanted to tame the beast this record. Give him little moments to shine. Make you want it more. Almost like a tease. haha I feel he plays what is perfectly write for each individual song on this record.

I think bands teaming up with Sponsorships is just good business and promotion. Plus its always fun to play at a Best Buy you used to buy records from. Or little record stores that you watched bands play at, and now you're playing them. Its awesome.

I wanted Deep Down to be the first single. But Why Can't You See is such a good feel good sounding song with some pretty downer lyrics. I want Nothing Is What It Seems to be the "ballad" single when the time comes.

Worst fashion trend: Dreadlocks

Producers can help with structure but none of the producers took out anything we really wanted to be in. They usually touch up what we have and make everyone play better then make it sound awesome.

Spencer UO has definitely influence my screaming. But one dude who I look up to that can Scream his head off is Brandon Bolmer from Yesterdays Rising. They are both close friends to me so its hard not to be influenced by them. Plus our talks about screaming are always really nerdy like how do you get your throat into that position to scream. Its lame. hahahaha

We will be doing a lot of chillen on our next tour. Come out and we will hang. The PacTour is going to be sick.

We still have a couple B-Sides to finish. We do still want to get our friends on the tracks.

I am so excited for the CIrca record. The Studio Updates are amazing. I need more Circa in my life.

Anthony vs Cove talk makes Anthony and I laugh. We don't care. We'd actually like to tour with each other.

That movie looks lame. Don't go spend money on a worthless movie. The only thing they want you to walk away with is the thought of dude Megan Fox is soooooo hot.

Justin Just told me his name isn't credited and thats BS to me. He wrote the music to Why Can't You See and was a definite part of this record.

Came close to fighting Beau once. He was drunk I was having a bad day and he wouldn't stop teasing me. We were in a minivan and I almost leaped out of the front passenger seat to the back to hit him. Funny now cause we are all really close. The book the Alchemist is amazing. It really hit me pretty hard before we went into the studio to record the first record.
