i feel like its been a long time since we've been in contact with any of you here on the interspace. it also feels like its been a really long time since we've done anything but tour. thats probably why.... touring is good though. really good. i enjoy it.

we've been able to tour with some really amazing bands. I feel so lucky, a year ago we were no more than a really bad local band, and now we get to travel around the country with really good bands. crazy stuff. oh yea and to our east coast friends, we dont hate you, i swear, we love you, were just really good at not coming out there, its ok though, because were coming soon, no lies.

were home from tour
for a little while atleast.. a few weeks.
home is good.

and now that were home from tour for a couple weeks, we get to work on new music. woooo new lydia songs, yea im pretty excited. so were gonna make some new music, do some demos, you knowwww.

oh yea.we actually have a new song recorded, you can hear it on the new atticus comp that is being released this summer. maybe you can hear it sooner, maybe not,who knows, I do know the comp is gonna rule though.

we will probably record a cd sometime as well, maybe soon, maybe not, i dont really know. depends on when we decide on a home for that cd i guess....hmmmmm

more fun tours this summer. some warped stuff..ugh, im going to die. and then a spitalfield, june, cute is what we aim for tour. that should be fun eh? thennnn some shows with the working title and blackpool lights (dudes from the get up kids) oh man! I love the get up kids. stoked about that. ill have some dates up soon. holler.

she sounds awesome. better than maria in my opinion.
edit: and i have a feeling they'll be the openers(though they shouldnt be) so no worries about ciwwaf.

Yessss! Lydia and the Working Title on the east coast would be dreamy. Hoping to hear some dates soon (in addition to the Format tour dates, then summer will be complete).

hell yeah. i met loren at a show in college station (there was like 10 people there, and me and my friend i dragged along and made a fan of were there) and then again at SXSW at the purevolume showcase. he's badass, as well as all of the other members. and the new woman singing is incredible. props to them for finding someone better and someone who likes being in a band :)
