Roses are Red have PROBABLY the most "fashioncore" haircuts in the entire scene. Where does the inspiration come from?

How does the production for a Roses are Red album get sorted out? Do you pick a producer? How much of a say do you have throughout the recording process? How do you feel your inital visions for the past two records have compared to the final products?
