From Chris

Just to let everyone know...I am no longer with The Ataris. After Warped I "quit/took a break"...then rejoined...then had some family issues that forced me to not be able to do this last tour...then I was replaced.

Thanks to all the great people I met through the band over the last year and a half...your friendship and support mean the world to me.

Hopefully I will have some new music related projects to share with everyone very soon. If any bands need a guitarist and might be the right fit...hit me up!

Considering they are barely the original band this isn't that bad. However, at first I thought they were talking about Kris Roe, in which case before I saw the last name I yelled out, "The Ataris are dead and no more"

aww, he seemed like a cool guy when I saw them last year. best of luck on both sides.

not that big a deal to be honest...all the members are replaceable, except Kris of course. If we were talking about original members, then i mightve been bummed.

Year and a half?! Didn't Kris tour acoustically last year and not tour due to recording this year? I don't know - It just doesn't seem newsworthy. Espacially since he "quit" a few months ago.

Kris Roe should go solo; he should've gone solo with Welcome the Night. I think the attachment of The Ataris moniker to the project was a case of mistaken identity. But man, Mourning District, the off-shoot of Ataris, is super bamb.

At first I thought it was Kris Roe, just not paying attention.

I was like okay... The Ataris don't exist anymore then. But I hope the best for the other Chris.

I was like "Isn't he the main song writer?,FFFFUUUUUU" But okay nevermind.
