I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed, but this is probably pretty serious. Chris really cares about this fans, so doing something like this is definitely not desirable by any stretch of the imagination. I hope that whatever the issue is gets resolved quickly and without problem.

Seriously sucks. I hope everything at home works out for them. I know my friend is going to flip -- she's a Dashboard nut, hasn't seen them in years, and was seriously stoked for this tour.
