Thanks for the feedback guys...I enjoy hearing what you like and don't like. I think it is helpful to have a "Recommended if you like" section, as it is the best way to see that maybe if you don't like my reviews, you might still want to check out the band/album.

I personally don't hear a lot of Facing New York in YouInSeries. Might just be me.

Yeah I am not saying they are dead ringers, but the vocals sound similar at times, and the general "mood" of the songs here reminds me a bit of the darker stuff on Facing New York. By and large, though, if you like one, I would think you'd like the other.

I think both are very comparable and worth buying.

Depends what you like - guy/girl vox a la Straylight, but a lot more rock, then go with Forecast. Overall, they are a little poppier. If you like the bands I named off, then go with YIS.

Yeah, I mean some songs are just plain awesome, but I would love to hear their singer testing his range and could stand to hear some more riffs/standout guitar parts. It is kind of cool since it is subdued, but it would be good to have little flashes of energy nonetheless.

Regardless, it is definitely worth the money - quite a solid album, and it has a good amount of lasting appeal.
