Apparently some new phenomenon going around college campuses, where roommates exile each other sexually, hence the term being "Sexiled". (man I'm getting old)

yeah, not new... My room mate un-locked the door and told our friend there was something he needed to see in the my room. It was a bit awkward. but kinda funny.

I am too old, but I also had a 2 bedroom dorm when I went to Berklee so... this was never a problem.

I've heard it, and know people who it's happened to, and my room's been someplace that the sexiled person has come before.
Fortunately, I've never been kicked out of my room or walked in on anything I should have been kicked out for.

But that video... ew. Definitely didn't watch all of it.

Anyway, one time I was out with some friends, and my flip flop broke. So I go into my room, to see my roomie in the midst of sex, and then ran out before even getting shoes and couldn't go back for hours. Not technically sexiled, but, close enough. I had to walk around like a shoeless bum.
