I really don't mind these two new songs. I think this band is better off as a pop band than a screamo band.

How is it possible to have a band with such terrible screams?

I had somewhat of a similar thought when I considered what they'd sound like if they dropped the screaming.

The new songs, musically speaking, are very good in my opinion.They took their time with this one. The screams are horrible, and if completely removed, would make the music much more enjoyable.

I don't take the music out of context, because the band's image is completely over the top and marketed only for the Hot Topic crowd.

if he takes a lesson, it should be for screaming. That way Alesana could become a decent screamo act. The screams are the only thing keeping them from being great. Both the music and clean vocals are top notch.

Drop the screams and the new songs would be awesome.
