kangaroo is a delicacy meat. personally i've never had it, but they pedal it at all those upmarket resturants. it looks like red meat when cooked. people who eat it rave about it. i think we're the only country in the world that actually eats part of its own coat of arms.

they throw wallabies in pies up central south island because their considered a pest & ruining native vegetation, never been keen enough to try one though

when i have time, which isn't that often. i come to ski a fair bit in winter. you guys have so much snow at the moment, it's crazy. we don't have any. i need to ski bad!

oh not big on skiing really, mostly because of the cold i'm definitely a summer child. after one or two snow falls it just becomes ...cold

yeah, i could see how you'd get sick of it. i'm not that into the cold myself, i just like to slide on white stuff. it's been cold here but dry, which seems to make it 10 times worse. especially in the mornings.

If you're in sydney for four days check out the following places:

- Harbour Bridge (Try and do the bridge climb if you can.. I think it's about $100)
- Opera House
- Darling Harbour
- Aquarium (Right next to darling Harbour)
- The Gap
- Bondi Beach (although it's been raining lately)

So many things you can do... that should get you started though :P

And yes Sydney has some fuckin amazing girls.
