"Kick Rocks" is definitely among my all-time favorite Dan songs. That list includes almost all of Dan songs, though.

Just saw Matt's solo acoustic show at the Bottom Lounge in Chicago. It was so awesome. Brenden Kelly of The Lawrence Arms opened up, and he was very cool. Never listened to him or his band, but he seems like a great guy. Skiba was amazing. It was essentially "Acoustic Alkaline Trio songs with 2 solo songs thrown in" night, but there were no complaints from me.

Setlist is slightly out of order, but 95% correct on content:
Good Fucking Bye
My Friend Peter
Goodbye Forever
Cooking Wine
Next to You
Hell Yes
Blue in the Face
Emma
Clavicle
Radio
Derek Grant came on stage and they bullshitted a bit and played a few covers, including "Skulls" by the Misfits, and "The KKK Took My Baby Away" by The Ramones.

Jealous of that set list. Not jealous that you've never heard the Lawrence Arms before -- fix that. Immediately.

Checking them out for the first time. A buddy of mine's lending me From Here to Infirmary. Where does that rank in their stuff?

That's tied with Good Mourning for my favorite album from them. In terms of quality, I'd put it at 2nd behind Maybe I'll Catch Fire.

It's a great album to start with. It's my fourth favorite.

FHTI is my 3rd favorite. Album rankings time, for what I am sure is the billionth time.

Good Mourning
Agony & Irony
From Here To Infirmary
Self-Titled
Maybe I'll Catch Fire
This Addiction
Goddamnit!
Crimson

Sorry guys...Goddamnit! just doesn't do it for me that much. I used to love it when I first got into them, but....I'm a huge Dan song guy and he's only got 2 on there. And as much as the "rawness" of that album used to be a positive to me, it just annoys me now. Self- Titled, on the other hand.....*drool*

Agony & Irony ranks so high with me almost soley based on the extra tracks. The album itself is really solid and Dan's songs especially...but the bonus tracks are just a music orgasm. Burned Is The House and In My Stomach are top 5 all time for me, and hearing acoustic Into The Night and Maybe I'll Catch Fire=FTW

It's hard for me to pick a favorite. It's sort of a three way tie between Maybe I'll Catch Fire, From Here To Infirmary and Good Mourning. I think FHTI is the best starting point though.
