Rise Records will release Piebald's out-of-print catalog in a three volume set collectively entitled Piebald: First Ten Years. The two-disc volumes will be released in April, May, and June, respectively. Full details in the replies.
This is pretty awesome considering Big Wheel Rec. isn't around anymore to re-release them. I already have all of their releases, but will probably pick up this up. I just pray that Rise doesn't fuck with any of the records (remastering, artwork..etc).
I don't get a lot of you. I understand the hate for Rise and majority of the bands on it, but is it really so hard to compliment them on doing something good? I think they're making positive strides with This Is Hell, The Bled, and even From First To Last. Now this. I say steps in the right direction for Rise. They made their money off cookie cutter bullshit, but at least now they're putting it to some use. Good for them and good for Piebald whose awesome music is getting a second chance to be heard because of them.
