Possibly

Read that already. And I'm reading the Walking Dead now. I was speaking more in terms of the Batman arc, though I would like to branch out to the other heros. Superman doesn't really interest me, though.

Maybe reading Preacher when I'm done with TWD

Just read Preacher because it's the greatest thing ever written.

Did you know that Smallville originally was going to be about Bruce Wayne's adolescence and not Clark Kent's? Apparently there wasn't enough interest in that though.

Didn't know that. I do remember rumors about Bruce making an appearance on the show but that never happened.

What if they made a spin-off next... would it be terrible? Like X-men was talking about doing for Magneto. Maye the POV of Bane, or Freeze or some big villain (I'd say Joker but with Heath gone I REALLY don't see it being topped by anyone). It'd show the bad guy's POV and I think that could actually work in favor for Batman, cause it could highlight the fear he instills in his and really make Batman darker I think, by not focusing on Batman AND Bruce Wayne. I think just showing Batman as a vigilante crime-fighter trying to instill fear while revolving the main storyline around a villain trying to cause chaos has potential to be great. Unfortunately, it could also go very very wrong and be horrible too.

@batman fans,
I read Year One, Long Halloween/Dark Victory, Dark Knight Rises, the Killing Joke and Hush

what now?

I would say Batman R.I.P. would be pretty good to see where the storyline is now. As well as Battle for the Cowl.

Have you read Neil Gaiman's Sandman series yet? Possibly better than Watchmen, imo.

Also, I really love JLA: Year One, but I don't know if that's popular opinion.

The Sandman series is the best collection of graphic novels I've ever read. So good. I put it barely above Watchmen.

I have not read that. Looks interesting, maybe I'll check it out

Batman & Robin: Reborn is pretty good.

My only gripe with it is that there are those extra stories (Books 3, 6, and 8, although 8 is kind of debatable) that are important to rounding out the world and are referenced later, but kind of slow down the narrative, especially since you have to read it in ten parts. But fuck it, Books 1, 4, and 9 are some of the best stuff I've read in any format or genre, period. 7 and 10 are great, too.

Holy fuck, I'm getting really excited remembering Sandman; I haven't read it since high school.

Yeah there were definitely some filler books, but they were still pretty enjoyable. I should go back and re-read the series, but I remember book 2 being my favorite. I loved all the stories involving Lucifer.

Still kinda pissed about that. But I have an unreasonable amount of affection for that show.
