Yuck- look at the shirts on the main page. Just reminds me of how crappy and ugly band shirts/merch have become in recent years.

yup same story here. it's been like pulling teeth getting money out of smartpunk for cds sold. very poorly run.

reading the horror stories about people never getting their money back make me glad i just used store credit and bought some other merch before this all happened. cant say i was ever impressed with the way smartpunk ran things.

the few times i used smartpunk, they were good and prompt...but then i havent bought anything from them since last may, so things may have got way worse since....

Bad experiences with both sites. Cash only with the live band is the way to go.
