Philip Seymour Hoffman and Robin Wright may be joining Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill in Moneyball. Based on Michael Lewis' nonfiction bestseller "Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game," the book's subject is Oakland A's general manager Billy Beane, who assembled a contending baseball club on a shoestring budget by employing a sophisticated computer-based analysis to draft players. Wright would portray Beane's ex-wife. http://www.variety.com/article/VR111...ryid=13&cs= 1
A poster for Kane and Lynch starring Bruce Willis and Jamie Foxx about a Adam "Kane" Marcus, a mercenary who makes an unlikely alliance with a schizophrenic killer named James Lynch. The duo is forced on a mission to retrieve a stolen microchip. http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=65954
Michael Pena and Nick Swardson are in talks to join Danny McBride and Aziz Ansari (whom I find annoying) in 30 Minute or Less. The film centers on a junior high history teacher (Ansari) and a pizza-delivery man who are forced to rob a bank when one of them is strapped to a bomb vest. (McBride is one of the men looking to score some cash.)
Pena will play a tatooed assassin, while Swardson ("Reno 911") will play McBride's best friend. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/...a4718db7848fd2
Kurt Russel will star in the movie Undying. tells the story of Virgil Lone, a private investigator who finds himself recruited by the darkly beautiful and mysterious Delia. As he begins to work for Delia, Virgil finds himself suddenly immersed in a surreal underworld, one where the boundaries of life and death - as well as right and wrong - are completely blurred. http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=65932
Judd Apatow is producing a new Paul Rudd movie tentatively titled Wanderlust. The film centers on a couple who, after losing all of their money, take refuge at a commune. David Wain will direct from a screenplay written by Wain, Marino and Rudd. Jennifer Aniston is set to star with Rudd. http://moviesblog.mtv.com/2010/05/07...arino-project/
Absolutely. There's nothing they can do that will improve upon the Swedish version. The setting, the acting, the whole movie was done amazingly. Even the title of this one is lame.

They definitely got this idea from this whole crazy thing that happened in Erie, PA about 6 or 7 years ago. Some guy was forced to rob a bank because people strapped a bomb to his neck. He had a gun in a cane too. The FBI still hasn't solved the case. It also involves people who kept a body in a freezer. Seriously fucked up shit.
After watching Iron Man 2 again, I really want a S.H.I.E.L.D. movie. And now I'm glad to know that I will get it. Really hope Scarlett Johansson signs on. Thought she did really good acting wise (and she's great eye candy..)
I hate James Cameron. Because he will make 3D continue.
Also, don't do that. My pulse rose when I read "Chuck has been canceled."

Oh yea! I totally remember that now that you mention. That was honestly one of the weirdest things. Hopefully a movie will make a lot more sense than the media. Also...really stoked that they picked up Chuck for another season. Sad to see Heroes go. And Flashforward. I was really enjoying the show. I need to pick up the book its based on at some point.
