Hopefully somebody picks this up and hears the Lawrence Arms, Polar Bear Club, Strike Anywhere, Cobra Skulls, Fake Problems, Lucero, or the Swellers for the first time.

I don't understand the point of compilations that have nearly zero exclusive tracks.

Just look at it as a way for people to discover new bands. If they haven't heard anything from a particular band before it doesn't matter that the song already was on another cd.
