i can't stand back workouts. Same goes for legs. My favourites are biceps followed by chest workouts.

hahahh yeah most people hate leg and back because they require the most energy...

I used to though but now I love them. they're sooo important to everything else.

I don't work my biceps too much... maybe like two exercises... 2 sets of 8.

Sounds like you need to eat more to me. Most of my friends that I've come across who say they "just can't put on weight" aren't eating enough, eating the wrong things, or are leaving out key meals (pre-bed food)
Nope, I maintain all the necessary dietary habits: eating a lot of chicken, oatmeal, sporadic morning weigh protein beverage. It's the frame that kills me: my physiognomy draw some humor from fellow athelets in the sense that it's a large shoulder/chest region which then extends into and mounts upon the stomach of a teenage girl and the legs of a newborn chicken. Really, it's like a lightbulb.

squats, clean, jerk, press, snatch, pull up, push up, dips. get someone to teach you these, mix in some interval cardio and you'll melt that off.

my legs.............for some reason my friend and i decided to try and jog after a leg workout...we fell down about 5 steps into it... amazing
that's dumb haha... go home and rest and eat after a leg workout.

haha most likely.

I haven't worked out at all this week...i'm in a bad month in my life right now cause I have to fast for Ramadan. I'm exhausted by the time I get a chance to lift and then the next day I'm not taking in enough protein so it's shit. And on top of this I've been crazy stressed and sick.

Ah... it's so ridiculously bad for your body, that's why I don't do it. I pick and choose what I believe in with religion based off my own logic/beliefs. Fasting is one of the things that really makes sense to me, but I just can't do it. I can't concentrate on anything (school) and it just fucks me up for everything, especially lifting. Basically something I work on all the time is just zapped if you don't eat everyday for that period.
