Justin is a fan of The Weakerthans too, and I figure they both have such unique lyrical prowess that they'd have to come up with some interesting and quirky songs.

the first time I saw Motion City Soundtrack was actually at a Weakerthans show in Rhode Island with onelinedrawing (or whatever Jonah was calling his band at the time..R2D2 was involved..heavily). It was fantastic and pre-epitaph signing, I think. such a great show..

Also, i'm actually considering going to Canada for the four albums shows...anyone else going? its kinda far from nyc and

I live in Winnipeg so it's not really out of the way for me, but I'd say it's worth the trip if you really love the Weakerthans and want to see a part of Canada most people don't visit. Just make sure you bring winter clothes! There's going to be lots of snow and it will be very cold, but don't let that scare you away. If you need any more info about the city, let me know.
