Talk about how bad the news and police sources on the scene are.

3 dead including shooter. Guy shot brother who was outside from his second floor window with an AR-15. Then, shot a 21 year old girl who came to his aid. Then shot himself.

Appears no one else was wounded. Cops found him in the apartment, but some wannabe heroes told police they saw him running around in the woods.
