i like when they do funk-pop type stuff. This song is good & that last one was as catchy as an STD. Like.

I actually really dig this, way better than their last record.

Catchy as usual.

Liking this. Pretty excited about the new album.

Not a bad tune, but I thought they were going for a more "raw" record this time around. This sounds just as polished/produced as Misery and their last album.

I will never have any respect for this band....of anything they do. Just an opinion.

until their drummer got carpal tunnel they've had the same lineup since they were in HS. adam and their keyboard player write all their music. he's got a cool voice. it's still pop but that doesn't mean it can't be well-crafted music. plus they are phenominal live. they have my respect.

also, mutt lange alone makes me excited for this release.

Alright thank you for the respect of my opinion. Honestly, I didn't come here to troll. I watched the video from start to finish, and wasn't impressed.
In my mind...I don't see any progress in their sound. They have been playing the same music ever since I knew them in 6th grade. I guess my standards for music are pretty high, and that's unfortunate.

But if you really like this band, then support them...I guess I'm saying this because Runner Runner made me feel bad for trolling on them.

for sure. you're right about their sound not progressing so much, but that isn't necessary with every single release from a band. the notion of a band having to changing their sound with every release seems kind've absurd at times. why change a hotdog if it's a great hotdog? there is plenty of other music out there to satisfy my "intellectual" needs. although if they release a 4th studio album it would def behoove to progress further than they've been doing.
