Jason has come on stage before with MP.

Unfortunately they will never be as good apart as they could have been together. Tales Told by Dead Friends is one of my favorite EPs. I think I'll listen to it now.

Jason Lancaster used to sing for Mayday Parade, but after his wife cheated on /divorced him he needed to take time for himself to recover emotionally, so he quit Mayday. After awhile, he started Go Radio. When I met and talked to Jason, he said there was absolutely no bad blood between the two groups

ah thanks for the quick reply. Hopefully people won't be quoting this question repeatedly throughout the thread now.

Defeinitely going to this concert. But, is it me, or will this concert be a tad awkward, considering Jason Lancaster's the ex-singer of Mayday Parade.. Though, it WOULD be epic if they did a song together and formed the original Mayday Parade once again.

Lancaster is a boss

The thing about Jason is he;s really one of the nicest dudes I've ever met. So down to earth

I don't think the previous explination is right. He asked for time off because of his Father's worsening health before his death, but the rest of the band didn't want to take a break from touring, so they parted ways. They are good now, but at the time it was really messy between them. That's what I've heard anyway.

I wonder if it will be Jason chatting or one of the other members?
