It's apparently due to "scheduling conflicts" according to his website. But I do feel as though you're pretty spot on about it not selling enough tickets too, seeing as though he doesn't really have a solid fan base down here. And yeah I believe it's the whole tour that's cancelled so you might have to wait a little longer to see The Album Leaf.

Pretty much in the same boat as you. Very confused about The Getaway Plan, did really like them back in the day too and was sad to hear they broke up.

The Getaway Plan were saying that the Revival gigs (the two charity gigs on Sept. 24th) were a one off thing. Maybe they started practicing together and changed their mind? I'd be all for that.

Millencolin would be good at SW, but once again, the thing that pisses me off about it this year is that the majority of bands have played in Australia so many times its ridiculous (Millencolin, LTJ, Ataris, RBF, Pennywise etc etc)

Good vibes looks good, Janelle Monae would be awesome. Plus Nas, Kelis, Ludacris, Cee Lo Green & Miike Snow.
