This was announced quite some time ago, but I guess they're just doing press for it now. While nothing can touch the original Sabbath (including the new CD with Ozzy, which I have low expectations for), Dio was a solid replacement.

Dio Sabbath was good, Ozzy Sabbath was better.

But Dio is probably the better performer now. Ozzy just staggers around the stage
