Cee Lo Green's music (for the three or four songs I've heard) is a lot more club friendly and a lot less soulful than Gnarls Barkley. I hear very few similarities personally besides the vocals.

seriously, though, Gnarls Barkley (With Danger Mouse's production work) is much more experimental, uses samples, drum machines, automation, etc. whereas cee-lo's latest solo work is more traditional and cinematic and uses all live instruments. If you knew anything about gnarls barkley, or how music was made at all, you'd know this.

so so so so so wrong. "georgia," "old fashioned" and this song are more soulful (traditionally) than anything gnarls has done or will ever do.

Yeah? Like I said I've only heard a few songs from his solo stuff but I'm interested in hearing more. That's good to know.
