I just don't get how so many bands can be so content with producing the same, tired brand of neon scream 'music' like this. I'm sure many people would make the same argument for the kind of music I listen to, but I honestly can not tell 75% of these fucking bands apart. It's like Rise Records has 2 bands - PMToday and everyone else.

at the very least he should play some Agraceful songs

also Oceana, and Decoder i think is gonna be completely different and add some spice Rise is in dire need of but yea i agree

The demo sounds alright, but it's been done before. I just hope it doesn't become trendy to sound like this. Just when Oceana and Decoder (you could throw in Tides Of Man) did something cool, everyone starts copying them. Side note, Decoder is the only band I'm happy Rise has signed recently. Too many BS signings.

I enjoyed Agraceful, but this isn't as good in my opinion. I'll still give the EP a chance though.

this is actually a lot heavier then most rise bands. id rather have this then another band like attack attack or abandon all ships. chris roetter is solid.
