Lil Wayne is the first to release a number one album from prison since 2pac. And as of this past Thursday, he is no longer incarcerated, but is prohibited from using drugs or alcohol. AKA, he'll back in jail soon.

Can't say the same about T.I., as he checked in on Monday. His wife has also plead not guilty to the drug charges.

Freeway and Just Blaze will be working on his upcoming album.

get it. pitchfork hated it (only review i've seen so far) but they hate all the n.e.r.d. records. it's definitely as good as any given previous effort.

bummer you don't like new Cudi, I'm getting a lot out of it.
The atmospheres within the music adds so much to this record compared to the others, and no one in the comments of the review seem to mention The Mood, one of the best songs.

A sober Weezy? that'll be some interesting post incarceration material, now if we can only do something about Gucci Mane. And if the Lil Wayne prision journals book idea goes through, i'd definitely buy that. as for a new B.o.B. mixtape? That will see no objection from me.
