On October 13, 2010 Jordan Byrd lost his life while serving in Afghanistan as a Combat Medic. He was killed during a firefight trying to help a fellow soldier who had been wounded. He was only 19 years old and left behind a young wife and one month old son.

Jordan would have turned 20 on November 16th. In honor of him we will be holding a special raffle at the show to raise money for his wife and son. The prize for this will be a lifetime membership to Creature Club, all 6 of our Tour T-Shirts, and Tour Hoodie. Raffle tickets will be available at the merch booth. Sure Circa Survive are great guys, but the real stand up person here has to be Jordan Byrd, hopefully plenty of people realize that. Really amazing and brave, and not to mention way too young to have his life come to an end. Rest in peace.

In the same right, I would have never heard of this poor kid if not for Circa being the stand-up individuals they are.
I find it more sad than anything that this kid had to leave this earth so soon and in the manner he did. It's not right.
