Fantastic review. I've never been a huge My Chemical Romance fan and unfortunately this record doesn't change much, but I've always appreciated the band's diversity and creativity.

Ah I love this album.

this album is so much fun. wouldnt say its better than 3 cheers, but it destroys the black parade. love the entire concept and video styles

Oh wow you should have let Jason Tate go to town on this. Part of me is happy MCR is getting good reviews, but Sputnik Music really pointed out what went wrong with this album.

I didn't say it was his strongest performance.
with Danger Days Gerard proved that he is able to sing within different genres, and can even be "punky" and tough, and at the same time sticky-sweet.
I personaly hated s/c/a/r/e/c/r/o/w when i first heard it, but his freakish voice makes me listen to it again and again.
though i still think that The Kids from Yesterday is a rubbish track...

"Vampire Money" reminded me of any Ramones song. great review!!

Same, I got so pumped the first time na na na started playing on the album, then it got boring really fast :(

This album caught me COMPLETELY off guard. I've been a fan of some songs on the previous albums, so I bought this on amazon. Absolutely love it.

It went above and beyond them. The story is awesome and the music more then supports it. I don't get how Gerard can craft a tale this awesome and yet write a graphic novel that (to me) was very disappointing.

Glad to hear it. I need to give it more listens though, and I wanna sit down with the booklet and get through the whole thing cause I haven't gotten into the story yet.

I agree. So much more entertaining to see a band doing something like this instead of just putting out normal records.

Lyrics have to be higher than a seven! I agree with the rest of the scores, but Way is quite a skilled writer.
