Well I care. If she hasn't finished it, tell her some guy on the internet said to get on that.

Oh I will. She never ever reads books, so I was shocked when I saw her reading it.

I actually just finished rereading Hearts in Atlantis in October. I've decided it's one of those books I'll likely return to yearly in the fall. I just love it. Low Men in Yellow Coats was my favorite story the first time around, but Hearts in Atlantis matched it this time. I related to Pete really well and the ongoing story throughout the book with Carol breaks my heart. Apparently King has an unfinished story lying around centering on Carol and it's called The House on Benefit Street. I hope he returns to that story soon.

Also, I finished On Writing a couple weeks ago as well. Loved it. Some great tips and the portion of the book devoted to his own life was just as compelling as any of his fiction. At least I thought so.

Loved On Writing.

Cool story, my dad was the person who originally turned me onto Stephen King and one day a few years ago (when King pulled a Favre and said he was going to stop writing) I printed out a list (much like yours, but with everything) and he had read every single book by him except for a Bachman book titled "Roadwork."

The man's insane.

I'll add all his shorts and Richard Bachman stuff to the list sometime. Just so much stuff.

Apparently The Regulators under Bachman is connected to Desperation somehow. Same characters or it's an alternate world or something.

Yes it is. And it's way better.

Honestly, the Bachman books are 100 percent Stephen King books.

I have a copy of Thinner that doesn't even say Bachman on it.

Also, you shouldn't have left out the ones under a different name. They are some of his best work, and definitely feel like Stephen King books. Don't let the different name fool you.

Rage and The Long Walk are two of his best works.

Was gonna say this. I just finished reading The Long Walk recently and it's my favorite King book as of now.
I want to read Rage next. I forget where, but I heard he discontinued printing it because some kid used it as inspiration to shoot up his school. So, that sucks..

Yeah, Long Walk is one of my favorites.

Also, check This out. I got one used for like 5 dollars a few years ago. It comes complete with Rage. Which I would say is slightly better than The Long Walk.

Rage is probably my third favorite of his.

None of SK's classics have really resonated with me.

Night Shift has some of the most haunting stories I've ever read. My favorite of his but all that I've read have been great.
