Robinson has more big plays and does much more independently. Without Wilson, Wisconsin would still thrive. Without Robinson, Michigan struggles with each game. Much more of playmaker, in my mind. Also, the numbers don't lie, in which he pretty much bests Wilson in every aspect other than passing, which, like I said, take Robinson out of the QB role, wouldn't even be an issue.

Denard needs to be utilized like Percy Harvin was with Florida. Throw him in the slot, use him as a RB. Never let him throw the ball.

rushing numbers? Wilson could rush for those numbers if he had to. I think Wilson and Robinson have an equal amount of big plays. Wisconsin would be good, but they wouldn't be national title good without Wilson.

Michigan's offense is built around Robinson, Wisconsin's offense is built around their running backs. That fact alone should make Robinson's numbers better than Wilson's.

Wilson is surrounded by a much better team than Denard, too. Not to mention he has a defense that could actually stop a play or two. Denard's forced to put up big numbers each game if Michigan has any chance of winning.

Michigan would be a lot better if they had Russell Wilson, Wisconsin would be worse with Denard Robinson.

But he doesn't, so you're left with a subjective/arguable statement.

Not trying to discredit Wilson at all, I just think Denard does more to help his offense than Wilson does, and that stems primarily from Wilson's ability to rely on other aspects of his offense rather than himself, which is a nice situation to be in.

But I agree that they probably have equal number of big plays, but it seems Denard's benefit Michigan more than Wilson's does to Wisconsin. Which, like I said, is primarily because Michigan usually need to get every point they can, where as Wilson can run up the score all he cares to and in the end, their defense can still hold a team to 7-14 points.

see, I disagree with that. Wilson does a lot more to help the Wisconsin offense than most people realize. There is a reason he is a top 3 Heisman contender right now, he is carrying the Wisconsin offense.

I don't think Michigan would be much better with Wilson. They don't have a whole lot on offense. He'd probably look like he did at NC State, which was good, but really wouldn't be a much better offense than Michigan has had with Denard.

But I think 99% of people would agree that Robinson carries Michigan's offense more so than Wilson carries Wisconsin.

I don't think there's any doubt that Wisconsin betters Wilson more so than Michigan betters Robinson. Michigan, more often than not, puts Robinson in bad situations.

Wilson on Michigan wouldn't be that great. He wouldn't have much rushing and he'd have average receivers. Wisconsin provides much more of an offense than Michigan does, outside of Robinson. But, that being said, he may have been able to develop like Robinson did, because of the lack of offense.

Edit: Pretty sure I said the same thing but in three different ways, my apologies.
