I really hope USC doesn't lose next year, because you never know, Alabama could end up in the championship game against LSU again next year.

The SEC bias within the NCAAF community is atrocious, not to say the SEC isn't the best league, because they are, but no way in hell should you have a guaranteed championship to your conferences credit before the game even starts.

Bama played well on both/ sides of the field.
LSU's offensive line was absolutely horrendous.
LSU's offensive play calling was even worse.
The refs were pretty lopsided in Bama's favour... Still blows my mind on that first down/ offical review in the 1st quarter.
LSU's Defense did really good for what they were continually given.

Grats to Bama but the calling both by the ref's and LSUs offense just ruined the game for me.

What do you mean? LSU offense has struggled several times this year. Look at their Quarterbacks for Christ sake haha. Alabama hasn't played a single high powered offense this year. Their defense is overrated the same way our offense is overrated, but still, both are.

I'm confused, when they were chosen they were not the second best team? Despite making no changes to the staff or team, despite being ranked #2, despite clearly proving to be a better team than OSU, Alabama was not the second best team? Everyone is quick to say they got in cause of the SEC. Personally I don't see it. They got in because they are the second best, or because they are Alabama. Alabama is one of those teams, like USC, like Oklahoma, who are automatically favored over other teams.

Their defense is not overrated. Overrated would be if the hype does not match the performance, that's not true. Look at the numbers, they deserve the hype. And the LSU offense hasn't struggled any more than OSU, or KSU, or Oregon, or any other of the big teams. Speaking of Oregon, the number #4 team in the nation, LSU demolished them offensively. LSU's offense is not the best, but they certainly have a good offense. Not the best or even one of the best, but still god.

No reason FSU shouldn't run the ACC next year. Every team is losing so much, VT is losing 4 offensive linemen, Miami lost something ridiculous like 23 scholarship seniors. Only problem might be Clemson, but if that defense stays the same we shouldn't have too much trouble beating them at home.

See above post, and, we really got killed with injuries this year though, especially on the o-line. Was not able to create any kind of cohesiveness with that unit, really interested to see who Jimbo decides to start on the line next year and if we get the JUCOs Letu or Watson to commit. EJ definitely needs to play like he did in the second half of the Notre Dame game if the Noles want to get to the next level though.

Yep first year back, finished this season #5 in the AP poll expected to be either #1 or #2 in the preseason poll
