Definitely looking forward to this. Brother's Blood still hasn't really clicked with me, but I love his songs on the Bad Books album.

Brother Blood was an awesome CD up to track six, then I felt like it really went down hill, but the first three songs on that CD were downright gold.

A Mirror I can not Avoid on the Bad Books CD is vintage KD, loved it.

I actually don't see the big difference between Kevin's past and present work unless you're talking Miracle of '86 or Bad Books. I understand the Goddamn Band adds a different element, but I think his stuff has a nice balance. Lyrically, I really feels he's grown, but he's been writing about his challenges, and his views on the world for years. Considering how much I love his new stuff, Ballgame is still probably my favourite song. LP6 will be awesome. Such great stuff. Such captivating lyrics. I hope he records all the songs he's posted lyrics for.

So despite the fact that he's evolved immensely musically and lyrically, you think that the fact that he draws inspiration from a constant source means his art hasn't differentiated? Come on, man.

The Bad Books album bored me quite a bit. But, I love this guys music. So good. Looking forward to it
