I enjoy Secondary on occasion, depends on my mood, which I guess goes for the majority of Your Favorite Weapon. But, Sudden Death in Carolina is such a forgettable track, I've never been able to get into that. It's a bummer too, I really like that intro riff.

Secondary and Sudden Death are two of the catchiest songs on the album.

I don't know, I'd say YFW's better songs are better than Daisy's not so good songs, but not as good as Daisy's better songs.

I don't like "Sudden Death..." either. That album is not as good as I remember it being.

As far as I'm concerned it's really not a Brand New record. It technically is, but I never view it as such. YFW is great for when you're in high school or want to go back to that time, but other than that it's just not that good. And I don't mean that it's not that good for a Brand New record, I mean it's not that good for any pop-punk/pop-rock record. People only really like it because it's Brand New. I bet that if someone else put out that record that very few people would've given a shit about it.

Agreed. I barely consider YFW a Brand New record. I enjoy it, but lyrically and stylistically, everything else is on an entirely different plane.

THats what i was looking at, but i read somewhere that you need to turn it off and back on to stabilize/refocus it or something and it was an inconvenience at times when there's fast motion or you need it in a spur of the moment, it doesnt shine. Can you confirm this? or which model do you have

This post is so bad. Brings you back to that time, which for you was what, like a year ago? People liked that record a ton when it came out, it isn't like people bought Deja then decided to like it. Get over yourself.

Your Favorite Weapon has about six of my favorite Brand New songs on it. I really enjoy it, even if there are a couple of forgettable songs. It's a really fun listen.
