no. hackkk. i seriously hope solid state doesn't become like facedown records. facedown has a huge list of really bad hardcore bands. oh sleeper sounds like as cities burn. cry of the afflicted was worth it, but oh sleeper deserves to remain indie.

uhh, I don't think they sound like ACB at all... and last time i checked, they're still indie

Not going to say you're wrong about most of that, but you should know that basically everyone else in the world disagrees -- they think Cry of the Afflicted are light and generic, and that Oh, Sleeper are awesome. (Also, I like a few of the Facedown bands, but that's beside the point.) And I don't think Oh, Sleeper are that ACB reminiscent either.

Congrats to Oh, Sleeper. They're pretty cool. Good signing, as it will gain Solid State more credibility then Destroy The Runner and Cry of the Afflicted combined.
