Whenever these dudes make music, it is a good thing. Best blend of pop punk and ska there is, can't be more stoked. With so many bands in the studio for the first half of 2011, the second half is going to be fucking insane.

Does that mean the screaming/throaty vocal experiment is over?

i was just listening to these guys the other day, wondering what they had been up to.
questions = answered.

Ahhw, no more screaming? So now they'll essentially sound like every other generic pop punk revival band, but with less than jake ripped brass sections? It might just be that I freaking loved the Flaming Tsunamis, but it'd be cool for WATU to branch into some new territory and do something unique.

I just have two things to say and I'm gonna try my best to not be an ass about it.
For starters, like none of the "pop-punk revival" bands have screaming in them? If that was the only thing keeping us from being one of them, then I guess we were one all along (it's news to me, but hey).
Second, it's pretty clear that you aren't too stoked on our band to begin with. If the minimal amount of screaming found on our previous record was the lone element you liked about the band, we just plain might not be the right band for you. We never claimed to do anything but play the music we want to play. Either you like it or you don't.
