It shouldn't matter if where he came from was great. He was in this band currently and if he wasn't giving it his all(which it sounds like from how Josh worded it) then he should be treated like any other person.
I don't mind Andy being gone. Sure, he was great, but he was always the weakest point of the band. Live, everyone would be spot on except Andy. Josh and Fred are both amazing musicians, and Andy was only ok.
