Thing is, Tyler calls himself a Nazi too. And, I've heard Eminem do much worse, and a number of other rappers outdo Eminem and Tyler in every sense. No prisoners are taking, and nothing like religion is even close to being sacred to those guys.

Does it even matter to you that both solo albums from Tyler are concept albums, formed to portray a long therapy session where Tyler fights with his inner demons?

The fact that he has to resort to this type of thing to garner attention is pathetic and disgusting. I don't care if he's doing it just to "shock people", which actually makes it even worse btw. He's spewing hate speech and these types of slurs because he can and is getting away with it. Why? Because as I said before, and the point that the OP was making in her write up, mysogony and homophobia aren't seen in the same light as racism is for some reason, even though they are all bred of the some place. Why is this acceptable and defend-able, but if a person went off and wrote an entire song about how they want to murder all muslims or black people, the defense of "well, I'm just doing it for shock value. It's just jokes, it doesn't mean anything," wouldn't fly. People would be on that persons ass so fast their head would spin. They would be condemned. Yet this guy is getting praised and defended when he is doing the same exact thing, it just so happens his subjects are obviously less spoken for. It's wrong and indefensible, no matter how you spin it.

I've never paid much attention to Tyler's music, I am simply agreeing with Sara's message. It makes me sick that sexism and homophobia are so tolerated by our society.

I like how cwhit says he wouldn't be offended if he took shots at Jews when he deleted the Muzak Dafuckery thread because people were giving him open criticism on an online blog without dragging his religion into the topic. So ignorant/so full of shit etc.

They are in charge of more entertainment elements to the point that people would be afraid to even touch anti-Semitic material.
